Proofread and edit documentation to ensure consistency in language, style, and technical accuracy.

Author and revise manuals such as owner’s manuals, installation guides, tech sheets, and quick start guides for Whirlpool products.

Proficient in Adobe Suite and Arbortext Editor, with experience in creating illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.

Create and revise aerospace manuals including AMM, IPC, CMM, SDS, AIPC, SRM, NDT, and engine manuals (GE Engine).

Conduct impact analysis, estimation, and research of information (engineering drawings, ModSums, SBs, NIEOs, PCN, and MCRs) for authoring updates in the Bombardier system.

Strong knowledge of Technical Publications Aerospace Standards ATA100, iSpec 2200, and S1000D.

Experienced in creating illustrations using Isodraw and Tech Illustrator as per required markup.
